Where exactly is Holyoke, Massachusetts???
"Paper City" is the nickname for Holyoke a small city in Massachusetts whose economic base was developed almost entirely around the paper industry during the better part of the late 19th and early 20th century. At one time the city was reportedly the largest producer of stationery, writing, and archival goods in the world. Notably, it was also the birthplace of Junius Spencer Morgan, JP Morgan's father. For us it was the birthplace of the brand.
Our Founder, Gardner Rivera, had his first client there. A master tailor, a life long family friend and the owner of the neighborhood dry cleaners that gave Gardner his first job at 11 delivering clothes needed real estate help. They were unable to save the building but what was born was a philosophy. Paper City Investments (Investment & Development) and eventually Paper City Real Estate Group (Brokerage) are founded on an intensely personal client experience. We feel by putting Integrity and the client's experience above all else, a team can accomplish phenomenal things.

While re-evaluating the direction of her career, it was suggested by a friend that she get her real estate license. After 3+ years of making homeowner’s dreams come true she has grown a successful career servicing buyers, sellers and commercial investors in all of Hudson County.
